Travel Destination Theme: Develop three different postcard designs for a city or region that reflect the unique culture of the area. Therefore the destination chosen for this project is based in South Africa with 3 Capital cities that represent the country. Each postcard design represents a different city and its well-known Architect in South Africa, which is Pretoria; the Voortrekker Monument, Bloemfontein; the National Afrikaans and Sotho Literary Museum, and Cape Town, The Castle Of Good Hope.

Primary colours are used for this project, such as blue, red and yellow. Very simple but yet vibrant and dynamic.

There are unique illustrations that represent the city’s various cultural districts. The colours are chosen from the South African flag, which is blue, red, and yellow. The word “Uncover“ is used in each postcard is to discover things that people haven’t explored the culture, nature, history, and heritage of South Africa.
